The dataset include information about occurrences from Lowe Dnipro region (Southern Ukraine). Information include about 22 nature monuments, 1 geological monument of local importance, 1 landscape reserve of local importance, 1 ornithological monument, 3 park a monument of landscape gardening art. The nomenclature of the vascular plants in dataset follows «Nomenclatural Checklist of vascular plants of Ukraine» (Mosyakin & Fedoronchuk 1999). Total list of species include 419 different taxas names and 593 occurrences. The dataset exclude information about occurrences from kurgans (doi: 10.15468/x4drnu), old parks (doi:10.15468/f8znt6). To avoid of data duplication were deleted the same occurrences and nature objects.

Recording and identification of rare occurrences.

Recording and identification of vascular plants and cryptogams with using road-field methods.
The identification of vascular plant species and cryptogams were held with morphological methods at the field and in the Kherson State University Laboratory of Plant Ecology and Environmental Protection.
Coordinates of records were checked using Google Earth service. Data cleaning using OpenRefine.
