The rove beetles are represented in the fauna of the studied region by 290 species. The study as a whole is based on the results of collecting by Yu. A. Bogdanov (1975–1980) in the Zakarpattia region The sampling of the rove beetles was conducted by means of combined Barber traps and hand picking. In most cases, species identification was carried out by Yu. A. Bogdanov personally in 1980–1985, mainly by the structure of the genital apparatus.
