Description
The checklist consists of species of animals and plants that are rare or endangered in the territory of the Chernivtsi region of Ukraine. The checklist was implemented by the Decision of the 13th session of the Chernivtsi Regional Council of the 5th convocation dated 06/07/2007 "On the limits of harvesting medicinal raw materials of wild plant species for 2007 and approval of lists of regionally rare species of plants and animals" #145-13/07.
Data Records
The data in this checklist resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 198 records.
1 extension data tables also exist. An extension record supplies extra information about a core record. The number of records in each extension data table is illustrated below.
This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section.
