說明

The dataset contains a list of beetles of the families Staphylinidae and Tenebrionidae collected and known from the territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine. It includes both the author's own collections made in 2001-2013, as well as collections of Severov I. H. (Rubizhne, Sievierodonetsk), Kondratenko O. V. and Foroschuk V. P. (Luhansk) made in 1998-2003.

取樣方法

For the beetles collecting, the methods of manual collecting were used by disassembling organic residues, sifting the soil, Barber traps, attracting to the light of mercury arc lamps with a power of 250 and 500 W, etc. In most cases, species identification was carried out by the author personally in 2010-2013, according to well-known methods of entomological research, mainly by the structure of the genital apparatus.

研究範圍 The dataset contains a list of beetles of the families Staphylinidae and Tenebrionidae collected and known from the territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine. It includes both the author's own collections made in 2001-2013, as well as collections of Severov I. H. (Rubizhne, Sievierodonetsk), Kondratenko O. V. and Foroschuk V. P. (Luhansk) made in 1968-2003.
品質控管 The author is a known entomologist speciealised in the beetles' fauna of the studied region, which is confirmed by numerous scientific publications with his authorship.

  1. Colelcting of material and its preservation as dry examples.
  2. Species identification.
  3. Filling in the informational labels.
  4. Extracting information from the labels into an Excel spreadsheet.
  5. Georeferencing.
  6. Organising of the dataset according to the Darwin Core standards.
