Enregistrements de données
Les données de cette ressource données d'échantillonnage ont été publiées sous forme dune Archive Darwin Core (Darwin Core Archive ou DwC-A), le format standard pour partager des données de biodiversité en tant quensemble dun ou plusieurs tableurs de données. Le tableur de données du cœur de standard (core) contient 528 enregistrements.
1 tableurs de données dextension existent également. Un enregistrement dextension fournit des informations supplémentaires sur un enregistrement du cœur de standard (core). Le nombre denregistrements dans chaque tableur de données dextension est illustré ci-dessous.
Cet IPT archive les données et sert donc de dépôt de données. Les données et métadonnées de la ressource sont disponibles pour téléchargement dans la section téléchargements. Le tableau des versions liste les autres versions de chaque ressource rendues disponibles de façon publique et permet de tracer les modifications apportées à la ressource au fil du temps.

BioDATA grant for data mobilization including digitization, data quality assurance, data preparation, and publication of collection specimen and other species data from Ukraine to GBIF. Méthodes déchantillonnage
The samples of macrozoobenthos were collected three times a year - spring, summer and autumn. Samples were collected from sandy, silt and silty-sand bottom substrates and representatives of aquatic vegetation. Samples were collected by bottom-grabbers (with a working area of 100 cm2), hand samplers (with a working area of 100 cm2), hydrobiological net, kicking net and bottom dredgers. The upper layer of the bottom sediments (up to 5 cm) was selected for the study. The samples were washed through a sieve with a mesh size of 1 mm2, fixed with a 4% formaldehyde solution and transported to the laboratory to determine the species composition. The database contains mostly finds identified to species or genus. Geographical locations were indicated by GPS-navigator in decimal degrees according to the WGS84 system. The nomenclature follows the GBIF BackBone Taxonomy.
