説明
The dataset contains data on the records of avian species obtained during ornithological research during route-point observation methods in various areas of the valley of the Irpin river basin. The dataset contains data on the findings of 136 species of birds registered in the study area.

収集方法
Records are listed in chronological order of description. Research was carried out with the help of route-point methods in various biotopes, using visual observation, using cameras and optical proximity devices (binoculars), and identification was carried out by the voices of birds. The material was collected during 38 route surveys, as well as during complex hydroecological and ichthyological studies on the Irpin River and its tributaries.
Study Extent | The study area presented in this dataset and studied in 2019-2023 period includes Irpin River from the village of Yaropovychi (Berdychiv district, Zhytomyrs'ka Oblast') to its confluence with the Dnipro River in the vicinity of the village of Kozarovychi (Vyshgorod district, Kyivs'ka Oblast'), as well as the valleys of its tributaries, in particular Gorenka, Unava, Rokach, Bobrytsia, Nyvka, Buchanka, Lupa, Kudelya. The author expresses his gratitude to the co-authors of the descriptions: Yu. O. Kovalenko, S. S. Lyubchenko, M. Studzynska, O. Fomina, as well as S. V. Domashevsky for help in identifying certain species of birds. Particular gratitude is expressed to the NGO "Ukrainian Nature Conservation Group" for financial support. My infinite gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the opportunity to finalize materials and hope for new research under the peaceful sky of independent Ukraine! |
