The database includes finds of diurnal birds of prey (Accipitriformes, Falconiformes) and owls (Strigiformes), as well as regionally and globally rare species of birds from other orders within the Kharkiv administrative region of Ukraine.

Standard methods of bird counting were used (Hayne, 1949; Равкин, 1967; Карякин, 2004) - both route accounting (relative population accounting) and area accounting (absolute population accounting).

研究範圍	Finds and counting of the number of birds were carried out on the routes and during the survey of the accounting areas.
品質控管	The author is fully responsible for the quality of information provided within the dataset.
