«Kreydiani vidslonennya» Local Reserve is located in eastern Ukraine, near the Striltsivka village, Starobilsk district, Luhansk region. Reserve is situated on the southern slopes of the Central Russian Upland, in the north of the steppe zone. The Reserve occupies two chalk hills on the left bank of the Kamyshna River, which belongs to the Derkul basin - the left tributary of the Siversky Donets. Its area is 30 ha.

Méthodes d'échantillonnage

The study was conducted to compare the state of the vegetation cover and the changes that occurred after the description of the Reserve vegetation in 1988. We made relevés on different sites in different ecological conditions. In total, 20 descriptions were made. An ecological profile was made with the recorded of plant communities’ contours. The profile is oriented from east to west and has a length of about 200 m. We recorded the distribution of the species points using Garmin eTrex Vista HCx GPS navigator. As a result, a total list of vascular plant species of the Reserve was compiled for the first time. Data was published (Borovyk, 2012).
