說明

The dataset include occurrences from the dry bottom of 2 ravines (Mylovska and Kamianska) at the territory of Kamianska Sich National Nature Park in the former Kakhovka reservoir after the Russian terrorist attack on the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) (Kherson Region). This dataset contains 127 occurrences of 4 relevés (Biodiversity EDGG) and nearest territories of dry bottoms of 75 taxa names of vascular plants recorded in during June and October 2023. We sampled cryptogams, but they were not recorded during sampling. The main information about the relevés submitted to GrassPlot (Dengler et al. 2018). The nomenclature of the dataset follows “POWO (POWO, 2024).

取樣方法

The study of was conducted using route-field methods. Additionally, the complete relevés with 4 nested-plot biodiversity series collected during summer and autumn following the EDGG methodology (Dengler et al. 2021) are available in the GrassPlot database (Dengler et al. 2018).

研究範圍 The dataset contains co-occurrences of vascular plants recorded during 2023 at the territory of Kamianska Sich National Nature Park after the Russian terrorist attack on the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP). The study area is situated in the Kherson Region.
品質控管 Some specimens of the vascular plants and almost were collected as herbarium for determination and verification after the fieldwork. After digitizing the data, we harmonised the taxonomic information according to the nomenclature sources: for vascular plants - POWO (2024). Then we used GBIF Backbone Taxonomy (GBIF species matching tool: https://www.gbif.org/tools/species-lookup) for the taxonomic check and implemented minor corrections of species names regarding misprints and problematic taxa to avoid misinterpretation. We additionally checked and verified the header data using OpenRefine (https://openrefine.org/), ]and QGIS 3.22 (https://qgis.org) for quality control.

  3. Digitizing the field data forms.
  4. Data checking and cleaning.
  5. Transformation of the dataset according to the Darwin Core standards.
  6. Taxonomic check, final quality control.
