Méthodes déchantillonnage

Lepidoptera were observed, photographed or collected by author in 2007-2021. The material was attracting by light (160 W and 250 W mercury-vapor lamps) and in some cases attracting by wine lure. The determination of the material was carried out by the author, sometimes with the involvement of other lepidopterologists. The identification by photographs was made only for species with distinct differences in habitus. In difficult cases, the determination was made by genitalia prepared by maceration in 8–12% NaOH solution.

Description des étapes de la méthode:

1. Setting the light trap(s).
2. COllecting of the Lepidopter specimens attracted to the trap.
3. Visual species identification and collecting of samples for wich additional preparatons for proper species identification are needed.
4. Taking photographs.
5. Indentification of additional species.
6. Georeferencing.
7. Organizing of the dataset according to the Darwin Core standards.
