The dataset provides information about small mammals recorded during small mammals' studies in Luhansk Region.
Data Records
The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 4,898 records.

Sampling Methods
For typical survey snap-traps were used, usually with 50-100 traps placed in line. All animals were identified to species and examined for diseases (tularemia etc.). The paper datasets were digitized by V. Kuznetsov. Georeferencing was done by M. Marushchak using textual description of the locality.
