Descrição
The nomenclature of the vascular plants in dataset follows «Nomenclatural Checklist of vascular plants of Ukraine» (Mosyakin & Fedoronchuk 1999). The landscape reserve «Sahy» established in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR dated 19.04.77 No. 198. Of the total area of the reserve, 103.2 hectares are covered by forest, 379.8 hectares by sands, 0.4 hectares by lakes, 10.5 hectares by swamps, and 6.1 hectares by other types of natural landscapes. The landscape reserve is part of the nature landscape reserve fund of Ukraine, which is protected as a national treasure and is an integral part of the world system of natural areas and objects under special protection. The annotated list of the vascular plants recorded on the territory of the landscape reserve «Sahy» with included 212 species.

Recording and identification of vascular plants with using road-field methods.
| Área de Estudo | The landscape reserve «Sahy» is located in the territory of Kherson district, Kherson region in the landscape reserve «Sahy» of the state forestry of the Research Forestry of the State Enterprise «V.M. Vinogradov Steppe Branch of UkrNRILGA» in blocks 2-9. It was allocated for the purpose of preservation in the natural state of the typical for Lower Dnipro sands nature area with its unique natural objects: primary sandy steppe of native herbaceous vegetation with a characteristic relief, staked and artificial plantations of coniferous and deciduous species, lakes, nesting places and other fauna. |
