Description

The database includes registrations of rare animals and plants within the territory of the Buzk's Gard National Nature Park in the zone of flooding and indirect impact due to the rising water level of the Oleksandrivka Reservoir. This information is collected on execution of the order from 05.02.2013 of the Mykolaiv regional state administration concerning studying of a question on raising of water level of the Oleksandrivka Reservoir to a mark of 20,7 m in the period 25-27.06.13, 15-16.07.13 and 24-25.07.13.

Sampling Methods

Registrations of flora and fauna species took place in July 2013 during expeditions to the target territories. Species identification was done immediately during the field research.

Study Extent Areas of the flood zone and the impact zone of Oleksandrivka Reservoir within the Buzky Gard National Nature Park were selected for mapping of rare species of flora and fauna.
