Descripción
The dataset includes a list of documented cases of outbreaks of parasitic diseases in domestic animals. All information about the discovered facts of infection and taxonomic affiliation were established and documented by specialists of the regional divisions of The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
Registros
Los datos en este recurso de registros biológicos han sido publicados como Archivo Darwin Core(DwC-A), el cual es un formato estándar para compartir datos de biodiversidad como un conjunto de una o más tablas de datos. La tabla de datos del core contiene 2.458 registros.

Métodos de muestreo
The dataset was created using the Microsoft Excel computer program. The information was received with different completeness of data, for different periods, and in some cases, individual regions refused to provide such information altogether. The species and other taxonomic groups' determination was made by the experts of the mentioned organisation. Georeferencing was made according to the description provided within the reports of the organisation.

Unfortunately, state statistics and cadastre of such cases are not conducted according to a single model. At the same time, this data set is currently the most complete summary of information on the spread of parasites of domestic animals in Ukraine. |
