Description
Kamianska Sich National Nature Park (hereinafter referred to as the Park) was established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 140/2019 dated 11 April 2019 on the area of 12261.14 hectares, including 6013.241 hectares of land of state property. The nomenclature of the vascular plants in the dataset follows «Nomenclatural Checklist of vascular plants of Ukraine» (Mosyakin & Fedoronchuk 1999). Total list of species include 690 different taxas names.19 species of the Park's plants are included in the Red Data Book of Ukraine: Astragalus henningii, Astragalus dasyanthus, Adonis wolgensis, Genista scythica, Chamaecytisus graniticus, Stipa capillata, Stipa lessingiana, Stipa ucrainica, Stipa pulcherrima, Crocus reticulatus, Psathyrostachys juncea, Tulipa hypanica, Tulipa schrenkii Cymbochasma borysthenica. 26 species of plants of the Park are included in the Red List of Kherson region: Allium flavescens Besser, Anemonoides sylvestris, Vinca herbacea, Bellevalia sarmatica, Krascheninnikovia ceratoides, Vitis sylvestris, Dianthus andrzejowskianus, Hyacinthella leucophaea, Ephedra distachya, Paronychia cephalotes, Limonium platyphyllum, Polygala comosa, Linum czerniaevii, Amygdalus nana, Jurinea stoechadifolia, Iris halophylla, Bromopsis heterophylla, Poa sterilis.
Data Records
The data in this checklist resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 690 records.
1 extension data tables also exist. An extension record supplies extra information about a core record. The number of records in each extension data table is illustrated below.
This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.
Versions
The table below shows only published versions of the resource that are publicly accessible.

Sampling Methods
Recording and identification of vascular plants with using road-field methods.
Study Extent | The territory of the National Nature Park includes 12261.14 hectares of state-owned land, namely: 6013.241 hectares of state-owned land provided to the National Nature Park for permanent use, including withdrawal from land users, and 6247.899 hectares of state-owned land included in its territory without withdrawal from land users. The park is located in Beryslav district of Kherson region. It includes the lands of Kachkarivska, Mylovska, Novokaira, Chervonomayatska and Novorayska village councils. The park was created on the basis of 2 large beams - Kamianska and Mylovska, and also includes the terrace of the Dnipro River between the villages of Chervonyi Mayak and Kachkarivka, plakorus areas adjacent to the beams and the terrace, the water area of the Kakhovka Reservoir and the lower reaches of the beams flooded by it. |

Quality Control | The identification of vascular plant species was held with morphological methods at the field and in the Kherson State University Laboratory of Plant Ecology and Environmental Protection. Coordinates of records were checked using Google Earth service. Data cleaning using OpenRefine. |
