Descrição
The dataset includes 727 records of 18 species of animals (reptiles and amphibians not listed in the Red Data Book of Ukraine) recorded on the territory of the Medobory Nature Reserve from 1994 to 2023. Information about these records is also kept in the Annals of Nature of the reserve.

Métodos de Amostragem
The species of animals were identified visually during regular route records and observations, followed by in-camera processing in accordance with the Nature Chronicle Program for nature reserves and national natural parks (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/rada/show/v465_737-02#n12 ). The detected places are geolocated using GPS devices and freely available Google Earth and the online service www.google.com.ua/maps/.
| Área de Estudo | The research was conducted during 1994-2023 on the territory of the Medobory Nature Neserve and its nearest vicinities (within the Tovtry range and adjacent territories). Data on the occurrence of animals were collected, mainly, by the authors of the records. Some of the records were recorded by scientists of the reserve, employees of the state security service and residents of nearby settlements. |
