This dataset consists of a number of points where fish species were registered on the territory of Rzhyshchiv city amalgamated territorial community (CATC) in 2021, Kyivs'ka Oblast', Ukraine.

Sampling Methods

This dataset highlights points of registration of fish species found by the authors during field research in 2021. Data were collecteAdd, georeferenced, and organized by the authors of each articles on their own.

Study Extent This dataset consists of a number of points where fish species were registered on the territory of Rzhyshchiv city amalgamated territorial community (CATC), Kyivs'ka Oblast', Ukraine during 2021 season of field expeditions.
Quality Control Authors of each particular observation are fully responsible for the correctness of species identifications, information on organisms' quantity and georeferencing.

Method step description:

  1. Conducting of field research in a form of expedition.
  2. Sampling of the living material using fishing rods, nets, traps etc.
  3. Interrogating of local fishermen.
  4. Species identification and georeferencing.
  5. Data cleaning and alignment to Darwin Core standard.
  6. Data aggregation and preparation for publishing as a chapter of a book.
