The dataset higlights some records of animals and plants that where madi in late spring - early summer in Ko Samui island of Thailand.

Sampling Methods

The records were made by visual identification with georeferencing using smarthphone gps-navigator.

Study Extent The dataset consists of records of biodiversity from Ko Samui island of Thailand made in the period of May-June 2022. This dataset was prepared (correctly organized according to Darwin Core standards) and published with the help of the project "Preservation of data on biodiversity of Ukraine during the Russian occupation" funded by "Documenting Ukraine" initiative. The initiative is financed by the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna (https://www.iwm.at/).
Quality Control The author is fully responsible for the quality of data provided within the dataset.

Method step description:

  1. Visual registration of the plants and animals.
  2. Georeferencing.
  3. Organizing of the dataset according to Darwin Core standards.
