Sampling Methods

Sampling was carried out as part of monitoring in association with scientific department of the National Nature Park “Pyriatynskyi” in 2010-2016, 2019-2021. Research was realized in the Poltava region of the Pyriatynsky district, at the Uday, Perevod and Ruda rivers, on the territory of the National Nature Park “Pyriatynskyi”. Zooplankton was studied within the overgrown habitat and within the freshwater ones. Collection of zooplankton was performed using conical nets [Arsan, 2006]. Samples were collected and analyzed on the basis of generally accepted methods [Berezina, 1989; Kutykova, 1977; Manujlova, 1964; Monchenko, 2003]

Method step description:
